YELLOWSTONE / GRAND TETON / JACKSON / SALT LAKE CITY

5 days/4 nights. From Salt Lake City to Salt Lake City.

Day 1: Arrival in SLC Int'l Airport. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Then, take a tour of Salt Lake City, which includes: the State Capitol, "This is the Place" Monument, and the site of the 2002 Winter Olympics. In the evening, why not visit Temple Square, The Tabernacle, Beehive House or the famous Family History Library. Night in SLC.
Day 2: Salt Lake City - West Yellowstone. In the morning, take in the Tabernacle Choir (or organ) concert. Afterwards, leave SLC and head for the Hill Aerospace Museum, which houses one of the largest collections of planes in the U.S.: from the first flying apparatus to the modern day fighter bombers. Next, make a stop at Idaho Falls, which are set against the beautiful backdrop of the Mormon Church; and then proceed to Yellowstone Bear World, where you will encounter free-roaming black and grizzly bears, gray wolves, elk, deer, and other wildlife. Evening brings you to West Yellowstone, the gateway to Yellowstone National Park, and famous for its well preserved authentic western town atmosphere. Night in West Yellowstone.
	Day 3: West Yellowstone - Yellowstone N.P. - West Yellowstone. Today, get acquainted with the world's first national park. The splendor of Yellowstone covers a wide spectrum of natural wonders: hot springs, lakes, canyons, waterfalls, geysers, and wildlife (including bison - the largest herd in the United States). Enjoy the spectacular "Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone". Upon returning to West Yellowstone in the evening, you may wish view an IMAX film about Yellowstone National Park. Why not spend the rest of the evening experiencing the western lifestyle by joining the local cowboys and cowgirls in exploring the saloons, restaurants, and unique shops. Night in West Yellowstone.
Day 4: West Yellowstone - Old Faithful - Grand Teton - Jackson. This morning, continue sightseeing in Yellowstone, and don't forget to visit the world-famous Old Faithful - the geyser that earned its name from sending a fountain of steam skyward approximately every 75 minutes. Then proceed to Grand Teton National Park. The panorama of snow covered peaks against the blue skies, with lakes and rivers below, creates a breathtaking view! By evening, a picturesque road brings you to Jackson, WY. This town was featured in many films, TV shows, and commercials. The wooden sidewalks, saloons, and western shows in the town's central square, give visitors a feel of the Old West. Take a ride in a wagon around town or enjoy a Wild West show during your leisure time. Night in Jackson. Day 5: Jackson - Great Salt Lake - Salt Lake City. Today, return to Salt Lake City for a farewell glance at the home of the 2002 Winter Olympics, and for a visit to the Great Salt Lake, where you can taste candies made from the salt of the lake (and amazingly they are sweet!). In the evening, head for SLC Int'l Airport for your journey home.
